- Navigate to the run that you want to do quality control on.
The run must have status "Checkup" before you can do a check on (See sceenshot below).
- Download the data from the SAS url via Microsoft Azure Storage Explorer. You can find the url in down in the page:
- Do the quality control and prepare a pdf report. When you are ready press on "Finalise Checkup". A popup will appear, where you can upload the pdf report and selected the file and press on "Save"
- Then the data owner can finalise the acceptance, by pressing "Finalise Acceptance" and choose "Accepted" or "Rejected":
- If you have "rejected" the data delivery, you can press start delivery to allow changes to the current delivery.
- If you have "Accepted" the data delivery. Next step is done automatically, anonymising the data.
After anonymising the run is available.
